Description
Qimonda's Development Center in Williston, VT is looking for outstanding, talented, Product Test Engineers to keep us at the forefront of technology and invite applications from qualified professionals.

Job Duties

Define and develop test program modifications that cover yield/application problems generated over the lifetime of a product e.g. customer returns, process sensitivities, process adaptations and modifications, new manufacturing sites, shifts in specifications and customer expectations.

Work closely with Application Engineering and customers on electrical failure analysis a plus.

Provide Quality and Marketing/Sales with technical support.

Characterize new and existing designs

Support product yields and test time reduction

Requirments:

BS in Electrical / Electronics Engineering, Physics or equivalent

Working knowledge of DRAM, SDRAM, or Flash memories a plus

Test program coding experience (for Advantest, HP, or Teradyne or other advanced ATE) is a plus.

Product engineering experience on a high volume memory or logic device (e.g. yield Pareto analysis, split definition and analysis).

Good data analysis skills

Proven track record of analyzing & solving semiconductor test/design/process interaction problems.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Good working knowledge of sub micron CMOS processes

Knowledge of micro probing of internal chip circuits a plusdf-tc
