Description
Seeking an experienced professional to become a member of Capital One’s Integrated Production Support team. The successful candidate will own and manage support for a portfolio of Corporate Reputation and Governance applications. This role requires working with multiple business partners and support teams to ensure that the highest levels of support services are delivered.

Responsibilities:
The candidate must demonstrate a broad understanding of technology, corporate infrastructure and Windows server support. The candidate should also be able to perform the following roles and responsibilities.

Incident & Problem Management:
  • Manage and lead high severity incidents to resolution.
  • Perform Incident communications
  • Champion efforts to identify root cause.

    Change, Configuration & Release Management:
  • Participate in the governance of support policies and procedures.
  • Provide input into the continuous growth and improvement of all enterprise support processes.
  • Participate in the coordination and planning of software deployments.

    Financial Management:
  • Use processes to build cost models for supported applications.
  • Work with lines of business in choosing the best level of support for their applications.
  • Manage software licensing and maintenance renewals.

    Service Level Management:
  • Perform Service Quality Reviews
  • Look for opportunities to continually improve software support services.
  • Execute Service Improvement Plans

    Disaster Recovery:
  • Coordinate and execute recoveries

    Proactive Monitoring:
  • Look for automated monitoring opportunities
  • Design and execute advanced monitoring strategies.df-tc

    Experience/Skills
    Basic Qualifications:
    • High School Diploma or GED
    • 3 Years IT experience
    • 1 Year experience in ITIL processes
    • 1 Year experience in Networking, WEB, Hardware, Software, Data Center

    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Information Technology
    • ITIL certifications
    • 1 Year experience in ITIL processes
    • 2 Years experience in Application development
