Description
My company has been retained by a national casual dining restaurant chain to locate quality candidates for an E-Commerce Program Manager position. This unique upscale restaurant offers over 200 menu selections at over 150 locations across the country.

The E-Commerce Program Manager will be primarily responsible for the development and management of all web initiatives as the primary project manager and IT consultant.

This individual is ultimately responsible for developing requests for proposals (RFP), project plans, business cases, project charters, budgets, project measurement criteria and project reporting. The eCommerce Program Manager will be the sole project manager responsible for planning, developing, and deploying e-Commerce, Internet, and Intranet web sites, including working with partners and consultants to determine project specifications and design the technical architecture. They will contribute in the decision making process in areas regarding the development and deployment of e-Commerce and web technologies throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities and Skills include:

· Manage and plan all activities related to the design, development, implementation, and support of all internal and external web assets.


· Serve as the primary architect responsible for development of an enterprise-wide strategic roadmap for all internal and external web assets.


· Outstanding Program Management, project planning, and management skills; experience in organizing, planning and executing large-scale projects from vision through implementation, involving internal personnel, contractors, and vendors; ability to analyze project needs and determine resources needed to meet objectives.

· Demonstrated competency in process and the execution of multiple large projects, including the leadership and management of technical staff and joint IT/business teams through various life-cycle phases to meet goals.

· Experience managing implementation, integration and support of custom development and packaged (COTS) Web based E-Commerce applications.

· Excellent communication and comprehension skills along with a pleasant and professional demeanor.
