Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Programmer Analyst Delivery Services ? DLR Sales Systems - Ticketing will provide production support, including handling ServiceCenter incidents, supporting e-commerce interfaces, and monitoring batch processing. Provide implementation support including installation and testing of software upgrades and hardware devices. Develop and/or maintain simple programs and scripts for production automation.df-tc

Experience/Skills
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
? HS or GED and 2 to 5 years experience
? Demonstrated experience installing, configuring, and testing business application packaged software
? Ability to analyze, diagnose and resolve problems in application software and interfaces
? Good organizational, communications, and time management skills

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
? Knowledge of DLR ticketing systems
? Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server operating systems
? Experience in one or more programming or scripting languages
