ACS Government Health Care is seeking candidates with experience in large scalegovernment health care engagements. We offer the opportunity to work withstate-of-the art web based technology and with other highly skilledprofessionals on projects that will change the way business is conducted andservices are rendered.

Major Position Responsibilities:
Manage UML Requirements and Design artifacts and traceability within the Rational Tool Suite.
Coordinate and manage changes to UML artifacts.
Support Subject Matter Experts in impact analysis utilizing artifact traces within Rational Tool Suite.
Support Subject Matter Experts in Requirements and Joint Application Design meetings.
Support changing UML artifacts under direction of Subject Matter Experts.
Support artifact baseline and change control processes.
Develop and execute action plans to address quality concerns discovered in the course of working with our internal clients.
Develop and deliver training related artifact management.
Work with team to refine and improve artifact management processes.
Participate in reviews of the key methodology processes and ensure appropriate updates are made and communicated.
Provide a weekly status reports.
Escalate to management any project issues including impacting cost, schedule, or quality.
Provide quality management of artifacts and associated processes.
Support activities of quality management organization as needed.

REQUIRED (minimum):
Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field
Experience with Unified Modeling Language (UML )
1-3 years experience working Information Technology or related field with some exposure to implementation of large-scale, complex, multi-platform projects
Excellent communication skills
Ability to learn and adapt quickly to changes in the work environment
Demonstrated proficiency in adapting/tailoring best practices/processes to business needs.

PREFERRED:
Experience in coordination of design documents and repository maintenance
Experience using the Rational Unified Process (RUP) methodology
Experience with systems utilizing Java, Object Oriented Application Development, or Service Oriented Architecture environments
Training/mentoring/management experience
Previous experience developing and improving processes
Knowledge of CMMI, IEEE, PMBOK Standards and best practices
Project Management Professional (PMP) or related certificationdf-tc
