Work with site leadership, project sponsors, finance and relationship managers to leverage an operational excellence toolset using operational excellence techniques to analyze core operational areas that will be influenced by process improvement, new systems infrastructure and waste reduction. Position will work directly for the OE Program Manager to receive assignment of tasks. The Project Manager, Process Improvement will work on site-wide/network-wide sponsored projects. The incumbent will lead process and/or waste reduction initiatives in connection with system implementations or process engineering projects. The incumbent will participate in training delivery for Lean Six Sigma classes. Track adoption and site adherence to new system(s) and/or processes. Analyze and resolve process issues that arise from system/process configuration or design. Create business cases using operational excellence tools, coach, and manage operational excellence projects to ensure continuous process improvements and waste reduction with measurable financial results.Potential Functional Areas: Materials Management/Planning, Manufacturing, Laboratory Operations, Quality Assurance, Process Documentation, Engineering Validation and Maintenance and Training.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree is required, Industrial engineer degree preferred - Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry- Six Sigma Black Belt Certification- Analytical background
