Description
My client is seeking an exceptional hands-on Project Manager that has extensive experience in working with clients and leading a technical team in delivering and supporting database-driven multi-tier web applications, using a standard methodology.

Must have knowledge in the full lifecycle of large systems development projects, as well as the leadership, communication skills and the personality that allows for building good client relationships. The chosen candidate will be using a variety of skills from negotiating contract, setting work schedule, and managing complex projects with clients that believe in our capabilities and treat us as part of the executive team.

Responsibilities
*Creating and implementing work plans and project schedules, using standard methodologies, for use in the successful delivery of the project.
*Managing and motivating the team resources. The team resources may consist of systems analysts, architects and developers.
*Managing customer relationships and expectations
*Defining the scope and contractual basis for project deployment
*Successful completion of quality solutions on time and on budget.
*Profitability and efficiency of project completion
*Developing proposals and providing project estimates

Qualifications
*Recent experience as a Project Manager with 10+ years IT industry experience, building large-scale web applications.
*Working knowledge with standard methodologies.
*Demonstrates good communication skills (oral and written) and the ability to work with the clients and the technical team.
*Working knowledge of design tools as well as automated testing tools.
*Working knowledge of user interface standards for the web.
*In depth knowledge of the IT industry, broad experience with distributed applications and Internet technologies.
*Knowledge of system implementation methodologies and experience applying the methodologies on more than one enterprise-wide project.
*Personality that will enhance our client relationships.df-tc
