Position/Title: Project Manager
Purpose: Need of acquiring a Project Manager to oversee the planning and implementation for System Tracking of Employability Programs (STEP) and Family Alternative Diversion (FAD) Modernization Project. The STEP and FAD Modernization Project has a number of objectives including real-time exchange of data with KAMES, increased flexibility for system changes regarding components, improved up front assessment of clients, increased tracking abilities for DCBS caseworkers, and change the infrastructure from mainframe to web-based.






Justification: To meet the requirements of the STEP and FAD Modernization Project, the CHFS must augment the current team with individuals of varying expertise in the Public Assistance IT/Business arena to help with the overall effort of the implementation for this project. This Project Manager will be a vital part of the implementation process and essential to the success of the STEP and FAD Modernization Project by providing leadership as it applies to the modernization effort.

Experience/Skills
5 years of Project Management which will include Microsoft Solutions Framework (MSF) and Microsoft Project.The Program Manager will oversee evaluating the current business processes and systems and the
development of a comprehensive plan to implement modernized STEP and FAD systems.
