Description
Looking for a QA Professional with strong communication skills who can work independently to develop Test Plans from System/Business Specifications, develop Test Plan and subsequent Test Cases. They will be responsible for working with other Testers to drive the process and communicate information to the Development Team and other Business Analysts.

Required Skills:

- Must have 3+ years Quality Assurance experience
- Must have experience developing Test Plans and Test Cases from System/User Specifications
-Must have the following skills manual testing, regression testing and data validation
-Must have back end data validation experience using SQL
-Must have a strong understanding of SQL Server Database with regards to QA testing
-Must have excellent communication skills and experience in coordinating and facilitating QA functions
-Must be able to work independently, be self-motivation, and possess proven experience in driving the QA process for a small Software Development group

Plus Skills:
Experience with SQL Query Analyzer
Experience in a Business Analyst function a plus
