Thank you for your time and consideration, and I look forward to hearing from you.Richard Nguyen Recruiting ManagerRobert Half Technology10 Almaden Blvd. • Suite 900 • San Jose, CA • 95113408.271.9063 x.21928 • 408.271.9487 f richard.nguyen@rht.com www.rht.com a Robert Half International Company Job Details: Responsibilities: • Understand customer requirements and modify QA execution accordingly. • Perform complex architectural analysis and programming activities, which may require extensive research. • Develop and execute test suites, including manual, automated, and data-driven regression testing, performance and stress testing, and reliability and recovery testing. • Document and/or package test suites and make them available to all of engineering and QA. • Responsible for design, deployment, management, and maintenance of the QA testing labs. • Collaborate with QA team to maximize use of available resources and adjust labs as necessary. This will include deployment, configuration, and administration of hardware, software, and network interfaces, with emphasis on integration between components. • Participate in issue resolution with engineering and other internal customers. Work with Technical Support and Sales engineers to document and mitigate the effects of unresolved customer issues. • Deliverables include high level and detailed Test Plans, Test Case Documents and Sign-off sheets for each release. Responsible for guiding QA personnel regarding test cases and expected test results, and in implementing new testing tools and methodologiesdf-tc

Experience/Skills
• 10+ years of experience in software development, white box testing or test engineering. • 6+ years experience as a software test engineer or software QA engineer for, involving writing and executing tests. • Demonstrable software engineering skills in one or more programming languages including basic design, programming, and debugging. • Proficiency in LINUX/BSD system administration activities with strong scripting background. Familiarity with open source technologies would be an added advantage. • Experience with black box and white box testing techniques and methodologies, including test and data design and documentation. • Experience with functional, regression, performance and stability testing, including automated stress testing. • Strong knowledge of automated testing tools, techniques and methodologies. • Strong analytic skills. • Excellent writing and communication skills. • Excellent interpersonal skill set with a self-starting attitude, team-player, and flexibility. A fast learner (new system and test equipment applications) and high degree of creativity and initiative is expected.
