Description
TSL experience & Black Box testing is important Supporting new and existing products to plan and execute tests, develop automated test scripts to ensure quality of products delivered to customers. The tester will be performing the following duties. - Develop and execute automated Win Runner test scripts to support testing requirements.- Mentor/train junior QA associates.- Work with developers to resolve issues.- Develop and execute automated test cases in a multi-platform environment that includes UNIX, .Net, web, Web logic, and Oracle, among other technologies.- Development of re-usable functions library. (Required) - Create, execute and maintain automated test cases using scripting language, modularization, and re-usability.- Analyze test results and communicate findings/recommendations to QA team members for defect issue and problem resolution.- Provide status reports for test progress review.- Maintain 300+ functional library.- Expert writing raw TSL. (Functions)- Maintain and execute daily regressions.- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.- Ability to work well in a team environment and be able to interact effectively with QA team and ManagementRequired Skills: - 5+ years experience with Automation Testing Tools (Test Director, Win Runner 7.6/8.0, and Quick Test preferable) or equivalent software development experience in a web and Client/Server environment.- 5+ Experience performing manual systems testing.- Experience documenting test execution results, preparing test reports, and gathering and evaluating test metrics- Experience with .Net, hardware, operating systems, and utilities required.- Master Development and Design of automated test suites.- Master Analysis and problem-solver.- 2 years of OO programming experience and web technologies (.Net, or Visual Basic) and UnixGood communication skills
