Description
The RMT Field Trainer will provide training to on-site Army MACOM Resource Management personnel in implementing and using the Resource Management Tool (RMT) financial application. Will act as expert on current and future functionality from customer/user perspective. Present system demonstrations and when directed, performs duties as platform instructor training on Army MACOM Resource Management tool (RMT). Develops, organizes, delivers technical training as well as prepares course materials and keeps records of training activities. Qualified applicants must have at least 8-10 years experience in Army financial and resource management, with specific experience with Army Standard Financial System (STANFINS). Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Prefer an individual that has experience in systems training experience. Travel is 50%.

Requires Bachelors degree or equivalent and 10+ years of related experience in Army resource management, Army accounting using STANFINS, and/or Army MACOM re-source management operations. Applicants must be able to travel and work independently, and possess outstanding interpersonal and communications skills. Applicants should understand functional resource management requirements pertaining to funds control, budgeting and execution, and be able to clearly articulate them as resource management requirements. The position requires a SECRET clearance, and applicants selected will be subject to a Government security investigation.
