The Public Services Group of BearingPoint is in the process of opening a Software Development Center in Hattiesburg, MS and we are looking for a Recruiter to assist build out the local team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience recruiting the full life cycle for technology and/or functional resources. Prior experience in a Management Consulting, Data Center staffing or Professional Services organization would be strongly preferred. Must be very familiar with use of multiple recruiting approaches including internet sites and mining, networking and lead generation plus use of web based applicant tracking systems.
