This exciting and fast paced position performs full cycle recruiting for mid to high level I.T. consultants for our clientele nationwide. This position is partnered with a Business Development Manager to form a business unit team that is given full responsibility for growing their portfolio.

Eighty percent of the required job function will be performed utilizing the telephone following an inside sales principle. York offers a generous base salary plus commission and incentives and a competitive full benefits package.

Experience/Skills
Minimum of an Associates Degree in a business or I.T. related field. We are looking for someone who possesses a solid background in either recruiting or inside or outside sales. I.T. knowledge helpful but not necessary.

Our most successful candidates possess strong self motivation with the ability to multitask under minimal supervision. These top contenders also have strong experience using the phone to succeed and the ability to negotiate utilizing a "can do" attitude.
