Project Engineering Manager in the Refinery industry needed for one of the top ten most profitable companies listed on NASDAQ. Please do not apply for this position if you do not have petroleum refinery experience. Fortune Magazine lists this company as one of the best employers to work for. This person must understand/implement budgets and appropriations and project control processes for capital workload. Must maintain an understanding of best practices. Developes business cases and engineering scope for various capital investment options for the refinery. Develops the front-end justification and engineering packages for projects.

Requirements:

MUST HAVE: - Bachelors Degree in Engineering- Must have background in petroleum refinery- Minimum 8 years experience in related engineering experience in a petroleum refinery- At least 1-2 years supervisory/management experience
