SAP Lead FI/CO/Purchasing MM

Responsibilities will include:
  • Designing, developing, and implementing complex R/3 solutions for the Finance to Manage / Purchase to Pay functions.
  • Providing leadership on the following:
    • Finance to Manage / Purchase to Pay (FI/CO/MM) technical configuration;
    • RICEF (reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms) development;
    • Testing and implementation support of the SAP R/3 System implementation.
  • The SAP R/3 Team will leverage the SAP R/3 build to date as the baseline for the implementation.
  • Will direct and coordinate the efforts of 4-5 internal and external team members to deliver the implementation jointly with the Finance to Manage / Purchase to Pay functional lead.
  • Will also work closely with the other functional teams (Order to Cash and Plan-to-Produce) to ensure that Finance to Manage / Purchase to Pay solutions are integrated and work for the common good of the system.

    Experience/Skills
    • 5 - 7 years of experience
    • Expert knowledge of FI,CO, basic Projects and Purchasing MM modules is required
    • Working knowledge of TIBCO middleware product
    • Experience working on single instance Global implementation project
    • Candidates should have full cycle SAP implementation experience
    • BA in Finance or BS in Computer Science
    • Business experience in Finance and Accounting
    • 6+ years FI/CO experience, with general MM Purchasing knowledge
    • Minimum 3 full life cycle implementations
    • Integration Management across functions (FI/CO MM, PP, and SD)
    • Computer Systems Validation (CSV) experience
    • Experience in a high volume order-entry environment (>10,000 orders/day)
    • Technical expertise in the implementation of SAP ERP Systems
    • Experience with SAP Version 4.7
    • Working knowledge of BASIS and ABAP
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to lead business partners (non SAP skilled) through the entire process design effort from gathering/clarifying functional requirements to conceptual design, to system implementation
    • Strong team player
