Description
Reports to the Technical Manager – Shared Services. This individual will guide and define deliverables relative to the security roles required from the finalized product under the guidance and direction of the assigned project Architect. This person is also accountable for working with the project Portal Administrator for ensuring integration and continuity within the delivery of the security solution. This person does not have staff management responsibilities.

1. This position is for a senior level SAP HR Functional Architect and Security Planner. The candidate must have experience in implementing very large SAP projects.
2. The major responsibility will be to work with the functional teams to architect the functional roles required.
3. The candidate must have worked with SAP ERP2004/2005 and be strong in SAP Portal ECC BW SRM and XI.
4. The scope of the implementation is a full HR including Benefits and Payroll. Strong planning and communication skills are a must.
5. The candidate must be able to coordinate gather the requirements and lead the functional role planning effort.
6. The candidate must have experience with OM and structural authorizations as well as standard authorizations.
7. The candidate will work closely with the development and functional teams to architect the functional roles.
8. The candidate will then support the security team in the implementing of the security roles PD profiles and custom authorizations.
9. 2 – 4 full SAP lifecycle implementations as a security lead for HR including but not limited to structural authorization
10. 1 – 3 full SAP lifecycle implementations including portal administration and security integration using the SAP Enterprise Portal 4.0 or higher
11. 3 – 5 years SAP HR security configuration experience and expertise
12. Excellent written communication
13. 1 – 2 global implementations preferred
14. 3 – 5 years experience in using ASAP Methodology for deliverydf-tc
