GENERAL JOB FUNCTION:
TRASYS, Inc. is currently seeking a SAS Developer in Cincinnati, OH.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Specific Responsibilities:
•Working closely with internal and external clients on delivering data solutions via a high volume and very large data warehouses
•Leading an offshore development and operations hub to transition the campaign operations
•Demonstrate leadership in improving operational efficiency for other business service lines by automating and transitioning campaign operations to offshore hub.
•Working with teams globally to create standard campaign solutions that can be implemented for any retail client anywhere in the world.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Essential
•Expert in system analysis and design
•Expert in SAS 9 programming development and debug techniques
•In depth knowledge of SAS 9 architecture for creating standard modules and macros in improving process efficiency and performance
•3 or more years experience in the full software development lifecycle
•Experience with high volume Data Warehousing applications
•Working knowledge of LINUX including shell programming
•Experience in translating business requirements into technical specifications and leading a team for software development and process delivery
•Bachelor degree preferably in a computer related field

Desirable
•Prior Experience in working and leading an offshoring IT team
•Understanding Campaign Business for designing and implementing effective campaign data solutions preferably for Retail Industry
•Oracle development experience
•SAS Data Integration Studio experience
•SAS Enterprise Guide 4.1
•Oracle 9i/10g
•Cronacle scheduling package experience
•Second language
•Analyticsdf-tc
