Description
Robert Half Technology currently has a client that is looking for a person to handle all aspects of the configuration, development, and implementation in a SAS EBI environment. Duties will include creating SAS connections, designing SAS infrastructure, and creating best practices for storing SAS data. Further, they will be available for second level support of problem calls stemming from using SAS. This person will be called upon to lead training on the use of these software packages in addition to proposing and reviewing standards on how the software is to be used. This person will work with end-users to define functional and technical requirements and documentation along with working on developing and testing application disaster recovery plans. As changes and upgrades are made, they should continually assess areas of risk, making note to their supervisor. This person would also assist in special projects or other duties assigned by their supervisor. These projects would typically fall into the realm of developing, configuring and trouble-shooting other software packages.
