Description
Candidate will be responsible for the team in US and India, there are total of 15 engineers in the QA organization. The primary objective is to drive set of processes to delivery a high quality enterprise ready software/appliance for data leakage prevention. Candidate will work very closely with the development teams and product management to understand the product requirements and ensure that test plans and automation tools are in place to validate customer user cases and to ensure stability and performance criteria are meet prior to release of the product. This is a critical position for the company and provides visibility to multiple organizations such as support, field sales, marketing and executive management

Candidate should come from Networking / Security company; also has storage (NAS) technical background
14+ years hands-on experience driving continuous refinement of test activity with small teams.
Must understand test automation and modeling and distributed test environments.
Must understand system architectures and decomposition to effective system test plans and structures.
Must be able to work with small, aggressive development teams and understand release operations and distributed source code management systems.

BS/ MS degree.
