Description
SQL Data Analyst in Boca Raton, Florida:

A Prime Solution serves the Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, West Palm Beach, Jupiter, St. Augustine and Jacksonville metro areas.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to provide excellent telephone support and have strong overall customer service skills. This position will be used to handle Tier 1 support for all existing internal and external customers production applications. As well as support for the implementation of new development projects. The candidate would manage incoming issues, resolve ore reroute to appropriate resources for resolution and manage the overall communications and internal and external customers.

Document calls and redirects/escalates as required.
Tracks and monitors response/resolution time; verifies user acceptance
Interfaces directly with customers to facilitate the gathering of details for logged issues
Ability to work with end users in an expeditious, polite and business like manner
Resolves basic application and network problems or escalates to appropriate technical staff if issue goes beyond Tier 1 capabilities
Performs basic troubleshooting of defined user issues skillfully and with ownership of results
Assists in the creation of FAQ's based on trends found while resolving issues
Assists in the development of comprehensive training plans and procedure manuals for help desk staff to assist in backup coverage
Manages overall communication of issues with internal and external clients, internal management and support team

Must have successful, proven track record of client facing customer service in a firm that provides professional business services (1+years)
Commercial Software Technology in Mortgage or Financial Services preferred

Experience with Microsoft SQL 2000 a plus
Experience with Crystal Reports 9.x a plus
Call center experience a plus
