Description
Coordinate with business units and the IT community to ensure documentations of all control activities are current and continually updated; Manage the testing of key controls; Manage the issues resolution or remediation process; Manage the roll forward testing; Document the controls, issues, test results, etc. in the SOX application database; Understand the policies and practices related to the IT processes being tested for SOX as well as the related process flow diagrams; Facilitate the testing of internal controls over financial reporting, working with internal/external auditors; Assess opportunities to improve processes.

Experience/Skills
3-5 years of IT Audit experience; Solid understanding of the IT environment and the Key IT processes: Applications Security, Backup & Recovery, Systems Management, Network & Platform Security, Change Management with good understanding of the Risk and Controls concept; Audit experience either as an External or Internal auditor; Good analytical skills, attention to details; Self starter and highly motivated; Excellent organization, planning, and coordination skills; Good communication skills (both written and oral); Working knowledge of the software application tools (e.g. Access, Excel, Word,
PowerPoint, Visio); Ability to speak other languages a plus (e.g. Spanish).
