Description
Our client is searching for a second level Network Technician to analyze and resolve operational issues of their LAN/WAN network for over 330 offices in North America. This position is responsible for resolving and improving network circuit availability, performance, and reliability by working with telecom circuit vendors and local office staff. This includes basic support for all cabling, network equipment, and data communications lines. Preparing, configuring, testing, and shipping of network equipment to their offices. This is a long term contact.

Experience/Skills
Primary responsibilities will be to troubleshoot, configure, maintain, and support the roll-out of dual vendor BGP connections and VoIP infrastructure. The ideal candidate will also be able to manage and execute project plans with the Project Management Team and to implement network equipment and standards at remote offices during office expansions, consolidations, and moves. Experience installing and configuring Cisco 2800 routers for site-to-site VPN to Asia Pacific remote offices is required.
