Description
Established Medical Education Firm in Memphis is seeking a Technical Support Representative. The ideal candidate will be able to provide support for a variety of technical issues including Windows 2003 and Exchange and POP3 Servers. They will be supporting various PDA's for 20+ internal and 15000+ external users. Excellent communication and documentation skills are required as well as the ability to multi task and prioritize quickly. Must be able to work independently as well as under immediate supervision. Additional preferred experience includes web editing skills (HTML, CSS, Java Script, PHP, ASP) Also, Java/JSP, ASP .NET, ColdFusion, XML/XSL, SQL (Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL) Linux/Unix Scripting, Photoshop, Dreamweaver and Flash.
