Description
Growing company has an immediate need for a web developer with C# and ASP.NET development experience. Will work in Framework 3.5 as well as some support in Framework 2.0.
In this role, you will provides a variety of web-based products and services geared to help small and medium-sized businesses streamline internal process and satisfy customer needs. Services include website design w/embedded content management software, custom web application development for specialized business requirements and/or to extend the capability of existing systems, shared and dedicated web and email hosting solutions and a full-suite of hosted Microsoft solutions such as Exchange 2007, SharePoint 2007 (w/custom designed web parts), CRM 4.0 and OCS 2007, as well as ActiveSync, hosted BlackBerry and Motorola Good services.
We are looking for a .NET Web Developer w/experience in all phases of the enterprise web application development life cycle including requirements analysis, technical specifications design, systems architecture & design, Implementation, strong security practices, system testing and software support. Candidate must demonstrate skill at utilizing and identifying new and emerging technologies to improve overall code assets and maximize team efficiency. .
* Interpret business requirements and implement the necessary [Microsoft] technology to fulfill requirements
* Serve as the primary technical lead for projects at the enterprise level, analyzing existing application interfaces, schemas and data needs
* Architect and code multi-environment system solutions utilizing .NET and BizTalk
* Lead and drive team members to develop all projects to exceed industry best practices
* Lead and participate in code and design reviews.
* Expected to develop the critical components of the solution such as security, rules infrastructure, custom adapter implementation, implement application interfaces, XML schemas, etc.,
* Designing and ensuring unit and integration testing is completed to ensure qualitydf-tc

Experience/Skills
Must have: ASP.NET (C#), ADO.NET, WinForms, AJAX, SOAP, XML,XSLT, C/C++, COM, SharePoint (WSS & MOSS), SOA, BizTalk, InfoPath, SQL Server 2005 (SSiS)
