PTG is currently seeking aSenior Communications Engineer in Denver, Colorado.







JOB DESCRIPTION: Performs Communications System Design and Analysis Tasks for Denver Fastracks project. Designs and develops Communications architecture, equipment layouts and specifications, and technical requirements. Supervises communications engineering and design staff. Coordinates with clients, vendors, suppliers and other design disciplines.







QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: Bachelors or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering. Minimum 10 years progressive experience with communications system design and specification, including SONET, VOIP, SCADA, PA/VMB, and CCTV systems. Professional engineering registration in Colorado desirable. LRT and/or commuter rail experience highly desirable. Must be able to work with suppliers and installers, and coordinate well with other design disciplines in a team environment.
