Description
This position will provide escalated support, problem determination and resolution of more complex system issues within customer support. Along with this they will also take ownership of making sure that knowledge is gained once issues have been resolved, by creating solutions that can be used for future issues. They will also direct customer support on application transitioning into the support center. This includes but is not limited to, beta versions of software, hardware and special projects. There are additional responsibilities for development, training and implementation of the support helpdesk enabling technologies.

Experience/Skills
Third Tier Troubleshooting of Microsoft Operating Systems and SQL Database failures. Knowledge of Cisco Routers, Remedy ticket tracking, XP and 2000 Servers. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office XP. HDI Certification a plus.
