Job Scope Summary

The Senior Data Warehouse Analyst is responsible for supporting marketing analysis out the data warehouse. This include real time business activity monitoring, customer analytics, campaign tracking, site metrics and developing complex reporting models to meet overall requirements. This position will work with the BI team, DBAs and Development engineers to understand data sources and implement new requirements. The Senior Data Warehouse Analyst is technically responsible for the quality of the deliverables, reporting performance and scalability.

Job Responsibilities:


Superb knowledge of MS SQL Server technologies
Real-world experience in supporting multiple users in a data warehouse environment
Proficient in auditing the process used to acquire and transform data, validate transformed data against external sources and monitor data warehouse quality
Solid quantitative, analytical, process development, facilitation and organizational skills required.
Strong communication, interpersonal, software development and experience writing functional specifications.
Direct marketing and Customer analytics experience
Exposure to BI analysis tools like Cognos, Business objects, Micro strategy, Hyperion

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Engineering/CS ; or equivalent experience.
Ability to handle confidential information with diplomacy and tact
Exceptional communication skills
