Synigent Technologies is currently hiring for a Senior IT Systems Analyst. The Senior IT Systems Analyst will communicate directly with the business users to gather and document requirements, translate the business requirements into technical requirements, and plan and lead the overall development effort of the technical team.



• Communicate directly with the business users to gather and document requirements.
• Translate the business requirements into technical requirements.
• Plan and lead the overall development effort of the technical team.
• Develop innovative approaches to solve business problems.
• Understand customer needs and proactively develop solutions to meet them.
• Serve as a key resource on complex and/or critical issues.
• Perform complex conceptual analyses.
• Review work performed by others and provides recommendations for improvement.
• Forecast and plan resource requirements.
• Adhere to development and methodology standards in place at client site.

• Authorize deviations from standards, when appropriate.
• May lead functional or segment teams or projects.
• Provide explanations and information to others on the most complex issues.
• Communicate status to management and others at regular cycles.



• Meet project delivery dates within the agreed-upon schedule and budget constraints
• All required documentation required for the project



****While this position will have leadership responsibility over a development and testing team, there will be no direct supervisory responsibility.****
