Description
New expanded position for this major healthcare client. Overall responsibility for the management and success of the employer/producer online channel. Will act as the main force behind driving business online (planning, justifying, developing, and operating).

Will be responsible for identifying and maintaining a competitive online service offering, business processes, and financial and service level commitments. Interface with Senior Executives and staff as well as external partners.
Accountable for strategy/business case development and implementation activities for marketing plans or products.

Establishes departmental goals and action plans to support corporate objectives. Monitors and reports on progress in completing projects and accomplishing goals. Decisions and success measures will be data driven (metrics).

Provides leadership for strategic/business development and/or marketing plans for eBusiness. This includes directional recommendations and strategic business alignment. Buld team from 1 to 10. Carries out supervisory responsibilities including interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and counseling employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Supports development and oversees management of third-party relationships, including contract development/execution, identification of performance metrics, and implementation of performance tracking systems. Will be responsible for establishing robust relationships with channel partners.

Must be comfortable driving change!

Experience/Skills
Bachelor's degree and 10-15 years of relevant experience, including managerial level experience in marketing, product management or consumer directed health care plans. Solid knowedge of online solutions.

Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills. Ability to effectively present highly complex information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Demonstrated leadership, project management, program evaluation and consulting skills and ability to interact with all levels including senior management and influence decision-making.

This position can be based in El Dorado Hills or San Francisco.
