Summary Description
Senior PeopleSoft HR Functional/Technical Consultant will act in a lead capacity working on multiple, complexed PeopleSoft hosted clients. Will be responsible for resolution of broad, complex and critical issues as they relate to PeopleSoft HR environments. Will be expected to provide guidance and assistance to other team members. This position will be responsible for management of project timelines and effective communication of project requirements and risks to Director of SE Client Services. Solid PeopleSoft functional and technical skills a must.
Mandatory Skills
A proven record of achievement with a minimum of 3+ years of PeopleSoft experience
A proven record of achievement in several of the following PeopleSoft HR modules: Human Resources, Benefits, Ben Admin, Payroll, Payroll Interface, Employee and Manager Self Service
PeopleSoft 8.x experience through the full system development life cycle
Demonstrated project management, leadership, and decision making skills
An exceptional sense of professionalism
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Experience troubleshooting technical issues
The ability to travel up to 25%
Desired Skills
Expertise with Application Designer, SQR, Application Engine, and Security Administration
Expertise with PeopleSoft version 7.x, 8.x, the Upgrade Assistant, and Application Messaging
Knowledge of WebLogic, Tuxedo, and the PeopleSoft Internet Architecture (PIA)
Experience working with a variety of hardware platforms, operations systems, and client/server and internet architectures. Knowledge should include experience with some of the following: HP, HP-UX, NT, Oracle, SQL Server, Informix
PeopleSoft FIN skills.
PeopleSoft Technical, FIN or HRMS Certification
Bachelors and/or Masters degree (Computer technology preferred)
