Genesis 10 - Des Moines is a thriving Project Management Group committed to providing the highest level of consulting professionals cost effectively to our clients. We are a leader in Program and Project Management in the Des Moines market. Our Project Management Group was developed and is led by former program and project leaders from across Corporate America and consulting organizations. Genesis 10 currently has numerous Senior Project Management consulting and fulltime opportunities for Project Managers with experience in the Insurance or Financial Services Industries (Banking, Mortgage, Investment, etc.) Current opportunities include leading large-scale technical and/or business focused projects. Projects are typically 9+ months in duration and there are opportunities to work with Genesis 10 on an hourly (W2 or 1099) or salaried basis. Genesis 10 offers great medical and dental benefits for all employees as well as Paid Time Off for salaried consultants. Due to the influx of Project Management needs in Des Moines, we are also willing to consider individuals who live outside of the Des Moines market. Please note that if you are willing to travel to Des Moines for the opportunity, we would expect that you incorporate your travel costs into your pay rate. Pay rates range from $55 to $75 per hour, all inclusive of travel. The following is a list of required and desired experience: * 6-10+ years Project Management Experience (REQUIRED) * Experience managing medium to large project budgets totaling millions or tens of millions of dollars (REQUIRED) * Experience providing formal, documented Project Management utilizing various project management tools (REQUIRED) * Experience in the Financial Services or Insurance Industry (For example; Banking, Mortgage, Investment, Insurance, etc.) (STRONGLY DESIRED) * Experience utilizing various project management methodologies (formal or informal) (DESIRED) * Experience working in large corporate environments(STRONGLY DESIRED) * Experience providing project management in a "Big 6" setting (DESIRED/NOT REQUIRED) * PMP Certified (DESIRED/NOT REQUIRED) * Willing to travel to Des Moines 4 to 5 days per week with travel expenses included in the pay rate (REQUIRED) If you meet the above-listed requirements and are interested in pursuing or discussing potential opportunities with Genesis 10, feel free to contact Remster Bingham (National Recruiter) at 800.939.7301 (office) or send your resume directly to Apply directly at: ?jobref=933964&referer=gaddf-tc
