Senior Quality Assurance Engineer - Integration

Position Summary:

The QA Engineer will lead an effort in documenting, planning, testing and releasing quality products for Enterprise Service Optimization. This position requires configuration, maintenance and testing of various integrations with company's clients.

The Quality Assurance Engineer must be able to:

* Become a product expert in technical functions of the system
* Become an expert in the integrations with the various clients that the company supports
* Translate requirements into test plans
* Maintain QA configurations
* Test multiple concurrent projects
* Perform other duties as directed by manager

Qualifications and Required Skills:

* 5 years of experience with Windows 2000/XP
* Experience with defect-tracking software such as TestTrack Pro or Bugzilla
* Proficiency in parsing fixed width and delimited text messages, including XML
* 5 years of SQL experience with relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server
* Experience with a version control system, such as CVS
* 5 years of experience developing and executing test plans against use cases and functional requirements
* Intrinsic understanding of software development life cycles
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Experience with Java, Ruby, Perl or other scripting languages

Beneficial Skills:

* Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalentdf-tc
