Summary:
Recommends, develops and ensures corporate recruiting objectives are met. Establishes effective recruitment methods using external contacts, advertising, job and career fairs, networking, internet, and other means as needed; and assists in the development of effective applicant screening tools. Responsible for pre-screening, testing, and referring applicants for all positions throughout the company by analyzing the information provided from the candidate, determining the suitability of the applicant for employment.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with hiring managers to fill approved openings. Strategize on recruiting approach and execute
  • Source candidates for business, technical, sales, and product related positions - mid-level management and some senior level positions
  • Function as a Subject Matter Expert on hiring market conditions to managers as well as technical specialists to source, recruit and identify candidates for highly specialized and difficult to attract positions that require extensive searching.
  • Review applications and resumes, submitting qualified candidates to appropriate hiring managers for review.
  • Screen and interview candidates and provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers
  • Craft, negotiate and close offers
  • Maintain applicant files and database


    Required Skills:
    Four year college degree and 4 years of full life cycle corporate recruiting experience in technology, software and/or banking industries
    or 6 years without a 4 yr degree.
    Experience in developing strategic recruiting methods and implementations.
    Extensive knowledge of HR laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Previous agency experience is highly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently deliver customer-focused staffing solutions.
  • Proven experience in creative use of internet and networking tools.
  • Ability to deal with rapidly changing environment
  • Adept at handling multiple tasks, competing priorities and delivering on commitments/meeting dead lines.
  • Self directed and motivated and work well under minimal supervision and stress.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional communication skills (both verbal & written.
  • Experience working with an ATS. Vurv/Recruitmax highly preferred
