And, CDS is seeking an experienced Senior Systems Consultant to join its corporate Software Development group in Des Moines. Some of the duties and requirements are as follows:

Duties:
* Provide project management for design, development and testing of critical projects.
* Analyze user requests.
* Produces research/analysis of requirements.
* Provides technical programming/systems guidance, QA and training for SW Development staff.
* Directs/Assists others in SW Development.
* Conducts reviews of projects/tasks.
* Works on-call or travels when needed.
* Performs other duties as needed.*

Requirements:
* Bachelor's/Associates in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
* Min. of 8 years current and progressively complex programming/analysis experience in AS/400 COBOL or Mainframe COBOL required.
* Design/implementation of complex, multiprogramming projects.
* Proven technical project management experience.
* Excellent communication/presentation skills.*
