We have an immediate need for a Senior Systems Test Specialist Contractor

JOB DESCRIPTION
We have a client, a large heathcare organization located in Philadelphia, who is in need of two Senior Systems Test Specialist Contractors. The need is immediate. The contract length is 4 months but this is a temp-to-perm position.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The successful candidate will be the Senior Systems Test Specialist for two Enrollment projects, Contracts and Booklets and ID Cards.

TECHNICAL SKILLS NEEDED:
Proven ability to hit the ground running.
Proven ability to effectively interface with core members of a project team (both business as well as IS).
Strong/Clear communication skills are a MUST!
Strong leadership skills are required as the successful candidate will be expected to lead one or more teams of Testers.
Capable of leading the testing efforts of multiple, concurrent projects.
Experienced with Quality Center 8.2 or 9.2.
Experienced with reviewing business requirements for testability and to identify high level test scenarios.
Experienced in writing test scenarios and test scripts.
Willingness to perform test execution, when necessary, in order to meet deadlines.
Comfortable working with a diverse range of application platforms (mainframe, AS/400, web, etc.).
Available to start ASAP.
Position potentially requires successful
candidate to work out of either Center City Philadelphia or the Valley Forge offices based on project needs.
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK AT EITHER LOCATION IF NEEDED.
