Description
The Senior Technician II is responsible for Installing, Maintaining, and Servicing all equipment within the Technician's technical expertise covered by Client at all Customer Sites.
The Senior Technician II has authority over all aspects of properly installing and servicing the customer as required.
Must have strong background in Mitel 3300ICP, Mitel MAS, Prairiefyre products, NewPoint Messenger 11.0 or higher, Convergence, VOIP and computer networking skills.
