KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Crowe Chizek is looking for a Senior Technology Specialist for the Risk and Performance Measurement Group in Oak Brook, IL, or South Bend, IN, to provide technology leadership in the area of Custom Development. This individual will have a client delivery focus along with providing technology and design support and training to other members in the Custom Development Group.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
4-6 years of consulting experience in the area of document management, workflow management, and content management with various Fortune 500 organizations. Consulting experiences should include software implementation, integration, business analysis/process design, and strategy tied to Content Management. Previous experience (at least three years) with FileNet is required. Experience with other Integration and Content Management software is preferred.
Documented experience in developing and/or designing systems built on Java, specifically J2EE.
Ability to lead a team of 2-4 software developers.
Experience in designing systems using Rational toolset.
Strong conceptual thinking skills, creativity and flexibility.
Strong analytical, organizational and core project management skills.
Strong communication skills.
Ability and willingness to travel.
