Senior Test & Evaluations Engineer
Parsons provides mission critical solutions to the U.S. government. Our services also support homeland security initiatives and reconstruction efforts after man-made or natural disasters.

Project
Parsons will be bidding contracts with the U.S. Missile Defense Agency (MDA) to provide engineering and support services. As part of our team in Huntsville, Alabama, you will be actively contributing to the security of the United States and safety of future generations.

Need
Parsons is seeking a Senior Test and Evaluations (T&E) engineer with demonstrated expertise in flight and ground test characterization and campaign analysis with particular emphasis in Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS) ground test support and analysis. The successful candidate will participate in test planning and execution activities, provide pre- and post test analysis of Ballistic Missile Defense System capability web, and contribute to overall BMDS capability analysis. A key skill to performing this assignment is the ability to effectively and reliably communicate with stakeholders regarding status of T&E validation and schedule adherence, slipage, and/or correction so that deliverables are produced within the expected requirements, time frame, and budget. Stakeholders will include MDA’s Systems Engineering and Operational Test Agency, the Joint Analysis Team (JAT), and other organizations.

Requirements
? 10+ years of experience in T&E engineering activities directly for military defense programs or contractors.
? Proven ability to develop and provide T&E deliverables on time and within budget
? Completed Military System Acquisition Training (DSMC)
? Level III Certified Acquisition Professional
? B.S. in engineering or science required, post graduate degree a plus
? Proof of U.S. citizenship is required
