Description
As a Siebel Configurator/Developer you may participate in and/or be responsible for the following types of tasks associated with Siebel initiatives: .Process definition and design Requirements definition, mapping, and gap analysis .Siebel application design and prototyping .Siebel development including: configuration, scripting, EIM development, Actuate development, etc. .Test scenario definition, script development, and execution. In this role you will be expected to be capable of successfully interacting with client representatives and functional team members in developing solutions that address the people, process, and technology needs of the organization. Important to your success in this position will also be the ability to understand business challenges and translate them into process/technical solutions. Individuals being considered for this position must have the following skills: .At least 2 years of Siebel implementation experience (7 or 7.5 preferred) .Participation in each phase of at least two full Siebel lifecycle implementations .Knowledge of/experience with formal delivery methodologies .Strong Siebel configuration and scripting experience .Siebel Core Consultant certification (7 or greater) .Superb written and verbal communication skills as well as listening skills Consulting/client facing background .Outstanding teamwork skills .Keen attention to detail .Demonstrated analytical and qualitative abilities Strong technical foundation including; structured programming - C++, Java, etc., understanding of relational database concepts and structures, knowledge of SQL, structured system analysis and design methods, etc. In addition to the minimum requirements listed above the following additional skills would be considered nice to have: .Workflow Manager skills .Assignment Manager skills .EIM and/or EAI skills Actuate reporting skills .Experience with eSales and/or eService Hardware, network, database skills .Experience with Product Configurator, Pricing Configurator, CTI, Order Entry and Management, Sales Forecasting, Incentive Compensation.df-tc

Experience/Skills
At least 2 year of Siebel implementation experience (7 or 7.5 preferred) with participation in each phase of at least 2 full Siebel lifecycle implementations Strong Siebel configuration and scripting experience Siebel Core Consultant certification (7 or greater) Strong technical foundation including: structured programming - C++, Java, etc., understanding of relational database concepts and structures, knowledge of SQL, structured system analysis and design methods, etc. Top tier consulting experience or similar. Experience with Product Configurator, Pricing Configurator, CTI, Order Entry and Management, Sales Forecasting, Incentive Compensation.
