Description
Genesis 10 seeks a Siebel Technical Support Engineer for a 4 month contract position beginning in downtown Milwaukee ASAP.
.Provides technical engineering and administrative support for the TNC non-production environments.
.Manages the environment calender
.Executes daily checkout of the environments
.Maintains an environment outage tracker
.Creates and maintains test id's and id hierarchy
.Executes software builds, and migrates code to the environments
.Provides 1st level support for environment issues that are impacting developers or testers
.Provides off hours support, when needed
.Assists with deployments to production

SKILLS
.General Adminstration within Siebel 7
.Windows Server troubleshooting
.Basic networking skills, including firewalls
.Flexibility; responsive to changing business and technical priorities
.Communication; clear and concise written and verbal communication.
.Can describe problems and solutions in a straightforward manner.
.Is naturally proactive with communication, not reactive
.Problem Solving; can sift through symptoms and arrive at possible diagnoses quickly and efficiently
.Coordination; being able to manage multiple efforts and coordinate effectively with multiple teams
.Interpersonal skills; being able to work effectively with multiple types of personalities
