Genesis10 needs an experienced Software Engineer for a permanent position in the Little Rock, AR area. GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The Software Engineer is responsible for maintaining and enhancing projects by analyzing, designing, coding and testing computer programs to meet business and performance requirements. Provides on-call support of software applications. Supervises and trains associates assigned to projects. Establishes and enforces software development standards, methods and production environment change management controls. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Systems analysis assist with the preparation of feasibility studies for development projects, analyzing business processes and researching available computer technology Design processes design processes that facilitate database design, develop and build user interfaces and define overall systems and applications impact based on language capabilities and constraints Software specifications attend user meetings and help gather system
