Technical Support Analyst Westlake, OH No relo, No sponsorship 35 to 55K doe.FUN, Growing, entrepreneurial company seeks 3 to 4 phone technical support analysts.The Technical/Software Support Analyst will be providing support and troubleshooting to customers for software products used in wireless electronic medical records. In this role, you will advise customers (both external and internal) on product features, document designs and maintenance problems, and respond to issues. Software developed in web application of C# so web testing background is good as well as some basic knowledge of Java Script and HTML. Candidates must be computer literate and have strong software understanding. This is a great team environment where a sense of humor, challenging work, and great people skills are key. Previous phone customer service skills are preferred.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and customer service people skills. Strong computer literacy. Bonus to have java script and HTML skills.
