The primary purpose of Solutions Architect is to manage the client's assessment program, custom content, new technologies and customer solutions using available delivery methods. The Solution Architect will interface with Sales to provide assessments to clients using the appropriate assessment tools.

Experience/Skills
Candidates must have:

Firm understanding and ability to implement core competency in an enterprise environment

3-5 yrs of Project Management experience

Instructional Design skills

Bachelor's degree and at least four years experience in the computing industry preferably in the areas applicable to the classes being taught

MCT, MCSD or MCSE not required but helpful

Must have experience using the following tools:

Microsoft SQL or Microsoft Access for querying databases
Microsoft Excel for analysis and reports
Microsoft FrontPage or HTML for creation of simple reports
Microsoft Live Meeting for presentation to clients, Microsoft and partners
Microsoft Organizational Assessment Tool for client assessments and reports
