Sr. Consultant - Technology Project Manager

Extremely strong interpersonally and relationship-oriented

Looking for a very senior-level project manager / consultant with technology background

Prefer experience managing smaller and focused IT/project teams vs. IT managers / directors / executives or program managers for larger departments

Less hands-on technical but still must be comfortable leading selection and implementation of technologies (specifically related to project management Eclipse, Microsoft Project Server, etc.)

Position will be responsible for developing and refining consulting documentation / deliverables, etc.

Sales-minded consultant will have insight into clients forecasted project lineup and resource needs and should be able to leverage this to develop new business opportunities

Experience with Microsoft Project Server (Solution Q Eclipse is also a plus as we have other clients on this)

PMP is a requirement

Prior experience in legal industry / law firms (probably outside of Atlanta) is a plus

PM experience in medium sized businesses in 1,000-5,000 employee range

More IT project management than other project management i.e. expert understanding of and experience with real world aspects of managing dynamic technology projects

Position will be responsible for continued refinement and evolution of project methodologies used by professional services team on consulting engagements

There is a great opportunity for this position to grow into more of a leadership role in the organization
