Your responsibilities will include:•Building a world class cutting edge enterprise content broadcasting network at an exciting start-up•Actively participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle to develop cutting edge solutions•Drive the creation and evolution of our unique content delivery, advertising, and data collection platforms•Reviewing database relational structures, optimizing query retrieval, and architecting scalable database/ data warehousing solutions for our cutting edge advertising system•Architecting a high performance, high availability data warehouse system from the ground up.•Analyze business data and business intelligence and make suggestions and improvements to the system.•Optimize content delivered to customers based on data mining and machine learning technologies.Qualifications:•Must have 8+ years supporting high volume and high traffic data warehouse and data collection systems•Must have 3+ years experience working with advertising/ ad serving systems in a high traffic environment•Must have demonstrated experience working with data analysis, business intelligence and algorithms relating to advertising systems.•Must have good oral and written communication skills•Must be able to work in a quickly changing and fast paced environment•Demonstrated ability to work within an engineering team and share opinions in a collaborative manner•MySql or Oracle experience. •Ad Server experience and knowledge of Advertising industry.•A BS is required.
