• Ability to understand how user experience solutions will work with and impact all aspects of a project (visual design, technology implementation, etc.)• Ability to work with other team members to think beyond traditional solutions and old “best practices”• Ability to creatively solve problems in an innovative way that may require work and documentation that is not part of the “normal” process• Exceptional documentation and presentation skills – the proven ability to communicate user experience concepts and deliverables to internal audiences and clients• Experience working on large-scale website development projects, enhancements to existing websites, e-mail campaigns, online media campaigns and their integration with offline programs• Experience with setting up and conducting usability research• Proven understanding of web browser DOM’s, and knowledge of Section 508 Accessibility Compliance• Exceptional attention to detail • 3-5 Years experience working in an Information Architecture/User Experience capacityTECHNICAL SKILLS• Software: Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Flash), Microsoft Office• Languages: Working knowledge of HTML (DHTML, XHTML), XML, ASP, JSP, JavaScript, ActionScript, CSS, and database implementation• Creative: Working knowledge of visual design principles, graphic production, image and video optimization• Experience with web metrics tools (Sophus 3, Omniture, WebTrends)• Experience with large-scale Content Management Systems• Working knowledge of e-commerce platforms and their implementation.• Knowledge of web browser compatibility issues (IE, Safari, Firefox)
