Perot Systems Corporation is a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions to a broad range of clients. We are currently looking for a Sr. Intel Specialist to join our team in Phoenix, AZ.

Job Responsibilities:
Performs installation, customization and maintenance of the operating system and systems software products in support of business processing requirements. Performs system software installations and upgrades system software changes. Provides advice, training, and technical support to customers, leaders, and support staff. Establishes and maintains security and integrity controls. Monitors the health of the server platforms to achieve optimum performance levels and makes preventative adjustments as necessary. Provides in-depth diagnosis for operational systems software/hardware failures and develops solutions.
Completes server and application projects as assigned.
Installs server related hardware and software according to schedule, scope of objectives, and standards. Creates and maintains documentation on the client's server environment. Determines strategies and standards and provides capacity planning.

Required Skills:
  • 3+ years of experience in the design, architecture, and deployment of Windows 2000/2003 servers.
  • 3+ years of experience with Windows 2000, Windows 2003 and Active Directory.
  • 3+ years experience in the design, architecture, and deployment of VMWare 3.0 systems.
  • Knowledge of Networking hardware infrastructure and principles.

    Desired Skills:
  • Knowledge of Citrix architecture and design.
  • Proven knowledge of WINS and a working knowledge of DNS.
  • Expert experience in designing and implementing enterprise messaging solutions.
  • Ability to manage projects with little supervision and direction.

    Minimum Certifications:
  • MCP desired.
