Description
Duties/Responsibilities:

The senior product manager will be responsible for chipsets, reference design boards, and software solutions for high-speed wireless applications in the PC, enterprise/home networking, and consumer electronics market segments. Specific duties will include the following:
- Lead cross-functional teams with engineering, operations, sales, marketing, and finance to successfully introduce and manage wireless chipsets, reference designs, and software
- Product definition and strategy
- Competitive analysis
- Project scheduling and management

Qualifications:
- B.S. degree in electrical engineering, computer science or
related field (M.S. preferred, MBA desired)
- 7-10 years of product management/product marketing experience with a semiconductor and/or networking Systems Company
- Strong background in one or more of the following areas is preferred: WLAN, PC architecture, LAN networking equipment, chip design, embedded software development
- Experience in bringing new products to market and/or significantly increasing market share of existing products
- Strong analytical and business decision making skills
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Customer-focused, high-energy, and the ability to work autonomouslydf-tc
