A high speed, highly successful derivatives trading firm is launching a new high frequency algorithmic stock trading business and we are looking for a few key players to make it great. Specifically interested in a highly analytical, highly creative architect and senior programming staff (C/Unix, 5-10 years experience) to build this business from the ground up.
The challenges are infinitely interesting and the opportunity is only bounded by what we can accomplish. This will be a great ride:

- Datasets are large (approx 1B messages per day)
- Framework must allow for real time analysis with almost no latency
- Framework must be able to simultaneously allow hundreds of real time strategies
- In an environment where milliseconds count, our system must actively manage thousands of simultaneous buy and sell orders
- Use the latest and greatest hardware and software to create the fastest trading system around
